摘    要:通过复制大鼠脊髓损伤(SCD)模型,探讨高血压(HBO)治疗对脊髓组织中氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果显示,损伤后,脊髓组织中SOD及CAT活性明显下降,0.25Mpa HBO及0.25MPaHBO 激素治疗后SOD及CAT活性明显恢复。提示HBO可提高脊髓组织中的抗氧化酶活性,阻止或减轻自由基的损伤,恢复脊髓组织的功能。

Abstract:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the activity of superoxygen dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in spinal cord tissue, a rat spinal cord injury (SCI) model was established. The results showed that the activity of SOD and CAT in the spinal cord decreased significantly after injury, bat recovered after the treatment with 0 25MPa HBO and 0 25MPa HBO+hormone. These results suggest that HBO can increase the activity of anti oxidase in spinal cord,and prevent or relieve the injury by free radicals. Thus it can recover the function of spinal cord.
