| Abstract: | The clinical, radiographic, and pathologic features of focal segmental ischemia are similar to Crohn's disease. We report a patient with focal segmental ischemia mimicking Crohn's disease and discuss the histologic distinction between the two entities. Ischemia must be considered when "Crohn's-like" lesions are encountered in elderly patients. |
