| 摘 要： | 鼻咽纤维血管瘤为最常见的鼻咽部良性肿瘤,约占全部咽部肿瘤的24.6％～40％。治疗上主要为手术切除肿瘤,并根据肿瘤不同的扩展方向采取不同的手术径路。影响手术效果的主要问题之一,而术后复发率高达13.2％～45％,复发原因为肿瘤切除不彻底。本文首次提出了用电灼肿瘤根蒂的方法预防肿瘤复发并报道一成功病例。

| Abstract: | Pharyngeal angiofibroma is the most commonly seen benign tumor of the naso-pharynxo Among the pharyngeal tumors its incidence is about 24.6% to 40%. Treatment is chiefly surgical with various approaches according to the different direction of the tumor extention.Its recurrence rate, which is as high as 13.2% to 45%, often affects the result of operation,, Incomplete removal of the tumor is the cause of recurrence.Electrocauterization of the root and pedicle of the tumor proves to be a succesful method in preventing its recurrence. A succesful case is-reported |
