| 摘 要： | 目的:探究渔民嗜酒行为与心理健康状况的关系。方法:对江苏省的渔民进行调查,采用密西根酒精依赖调查表(MAST)、酒精依赖性疾患识别测验问卷(AUDIT)和症状自评量表(SCLl-90)进行检测,对他们饮酒的年限、数量、问卷测试结果进行分析,以了解渔民心理健康状况和饮酒的相互关系。结果:渔民饮酒者人数比率、年限、数量远远高于陆上人群;对饮酒危害的认识,因饮酒引起的工作、社会问题,婚姻、家庭问题,因饮酒问题寻求他人帮助及对躯体的损害均较陆上人群严重;SCL-90总分及各因子分显著高于陆上人群。两组中饮酒者的SCL-90总分及各因子分明显高于不饮酒者。渔民职业、饮酒与否对心理健康有显著的影响。结论:渔民饮酒与职业、社会环境密切有关,须改变其社会心理环境,加强卫生和适量饮酒的宣教。
