异基因外周血造血干细胞移植患者实施自我管理的效果评价

目的探讨提高异基因外周血造血干细胞移植成功率及患者生活质量的管理方法。方法将101例住院接受异基因外周血造血干细胞移植的患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组根据患者所处不同阶段实施自我管理,对照组采用传统的护理措施,比较两组患者的并发症发生率及患者对疾病相关知识和行为的掌握情况。结果研究组患者在疾病知识掌握和行为习惯方面优于对照组,各种并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对造血干细胞移植患者实施自我管理教育,能够逐步提高其相关疾病认知水平及自我保健能力,促使其改变不良生活方式和习惯,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Effect Evaluation on Self-management in Patients with Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Objective To improve the success rate and quality of life（QOL） in patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 101 inpatients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were divided into an experimental group with self-management based on their different stages and a control group with routine nursing measures.Comparisons were conducted on the differences in the incidence of complications,disease control knowledge and behavior related to the situation.Results Patients in the experimental group had significantly better performance in disease control knowledge and behavior to the situation and lower incidence of complications than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Self-management education for patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can gradually increase their knowledge level and self-care ability to change unhealthy lifestyles and habits,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the QOL.
