海南省2001年麻疹实验室监测结果分析

目的 对2001年收集的疑似麻疹病便的血清标本及咽拭予标本的检测结果进行分析，从病原学和血清学探讨。方法 对麻疹疑似病例的血清IgM抗体检测和麻疹病毒分离的检验结果，结合流行病学调查资料与疫苗检测结果进行分析。结果 2001年全省共收集疑似麻疹病例血标本65份，麻疹IgM抗体阳性42份，阳性率为64.62%。收集咽拭予标本19份，分离出麻疹病毒5株，阳性率为26.32%，经基因序列分析，均为H1基因型。检测10份麻疹疫苗效价、平均滴度在4.151LgTCID50/1.0ml，符合国家规定的合格指标。结论 2001年我省的麻疹病例主要以14岁以下儿童为主，引起暴发的毒株为本土毒株，尚未发现有外来毒株引起的病例。建议健全麻疹监测系统，加强麻疹基础免疫。

Results of laboratory surveillance of suspected measles cases in Hainan Province in 2001

Objective The test results of serum and swab samples collected from suspected measles collected from suspected measles cases were analyzed toprobe into the reasons of measles outbreak.Methods The Results of IgM antibody of serum and measles measles virus isolation were combined with epidemiology investigation data and test result of veccine to analyzw.Results 65 serum sampies were collected from suspected measles cases.IgMantibody of 742 were positive.The positive rate was 64.62%.19 swab samples were collected.5 measles virus strains were isolated.The positve rate was 26.32%.All ofthem were H 1 gene type through gene sequence analysis.10 measles vaccines were test their titer.Theaverage titer was 4.15LgTCID 50 /1.0mL.It was conformed withnational standard.Conclusion The measles cases in Hainan province were mainly chidrn under 14 years old.The virus strain caused measles outbreak was native virus strain.The case causedby imported virus strain had not been found yet.The measles surveillance system should be perfected and basic immunization of measles vaccine should be strengthened.
