| 摘 要： | 目的 了解苏州市医疗卫生行业辐射安全与安全文化素养的建设情况。方法 在统一的质量控制条件下,采用统一的方法和要求,对辖区内所有开展辐射应用的医院进行问卷调查。结果 苏州市医疗卫生行业辐射安全与安全文化素养建设按医院等级不同存在等级差异。结论 苏州市辐射安全与安全文化素养的建设整体上处于良好水平,但不同等级的医院的辐射安全与安全文化素养建设存在明显的差异。医院决策层、科室管理层、员工个人等对辐射安全与安全文化素养的重视程度,是造成辐射安全与安全文化素养差异的主要原因。
