| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性心肌梗死的临床护理方法和护理效果。方法:选择81例急性心肌梗死患者,在临床治疗的基础上实施严密观察患者体征变化,嘱咐患者合理饮食,心理护理,疼痛护理,溶栓后护理等护理措施。结果:在临床治疗基础上,对本组患者实施有效的整体综合护理,81例患者中,显效73例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率为97.5%。结论:对心肌梗死患者实施整体的综合护理,是提高心肌梗死患者临床治疗效果的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and efficacy of nursing to the patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method Total 81 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected,rigorous observation of the physical signs,reasonable diet,psychological nursing,pain nursing,and nursing after thrombolysis were done based on the therapy.Results Comprehensive holistic nursing was done to the patients based on the treatment,among 81 cases,73 cases had marked effect,6 cases had effect,2 cases without effect,and the total cure rate was 97.5%.Conclusion Comprehensive holistic nursing done to the patients with acute myocardial infarction is the key point to improve the clinical efficacy. |
