| 摘 要： | 应用免疫酶标记抗体间接法同时检测鼻咽癌病人98例(放疗前63例,放疗后35例)和对照组51例血清中EA-IgA、VCA-IgA抗体。结果表明,治疗前鼻咽癌病人的VCA-IgA抗体阳性率较高,而EA-IgA抗体更具有特异性,两者联合检测,可以互相补充,提高诊断可靠性,对早期发现鼻咽癌具有重要价值。结果还显示,鼻咽癌放疗后EA-IgA抗体阳性率明显下降,一般放疗后三年以上者此抗体转阴,复发时又呈阳性,提示对鼻咽癌放疗三年后EA-IgA阳性者应给以重视,可能预示肿瘤残存或复发。

| Abstract: | Using indirect immunoperoxidase to label antibody techenique, EA-IgA and VCA-IgA antiboies were titrated in 149 sera of 63 patients with untreated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), 35 patients with NPC after treatment and 51 cases in control groups. The results revealed that in the NPC patients before treatment, the positive rates of EA IgA and VCA-IgA antibodies were 57.1% and 98.4%, respectively. The control groups were 1.9% and 11.7%, respectively. They can be used as an effective serodiagnosis of NPC patients. EA-IgA is more specific than VCA-IgA for examination of NPC patients Three years after radiotherapy EA-IgA antibodies turned negative. but the patients with recurrence showed positive titer. The result supports the fact that the level of EA-IgA may be closely connected with the progress of NPC. |
