南京地区肺炎链球菌耐药情况分析

摘    要:目的了解南京地区肺炎链球菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法琼脂稀释法测定14种抗菌药物对130株肺炎链球菌MIC。结果130株肺炎链球菌中,耐青霉素肺炎链球菌(PRSP,MIC≥2mg/L)占51.5%;对阿莫西林、头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟和头孢曲松的耐药率依次为6.2%、69.2%、17.7%和3.1%;对红霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素和四环素耐药率分别为92.3%、90.8%、89.2%和93.8%;对万古霉素、左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、替加环素和利奈唑胺均敏感。结论南京地区肺炎链球菌对青霉素、红霉素、阿奇霉素、克林霉素、四环素和头孢呋辛等抗生素耐药性高,应注意合理选择用药。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance of S. pneumoniae isolates in Nanjing. Methods Totally 130 strains of S. pneumoniae were collected to test the MICs of various antibiotics by agar dilution method according to the approved standard of CLIS. Results Of the 130 strains of S. pneumoniae, 67 (51. 5%) were resistant to penicillin (MIC≥2mg/L), 6.2%, 69.2%, 17.7% and 3.1% of these isolates were resistant to amoxicillin, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, and ceftriaxone respectively. The resistance rates to erythromycin, azithromycin, chloramphenicol and tetracycline were 92.3%, 90.8%, 89.2% and 93.8% respectively. All the 130 strains of S. pneumoniae were sensitive to vancomycin, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin, tigecycline and linezolid. Conclusions The S. pneumoniae isolates are highly resistant to penicillin, erythromycin, azithromycin, clindamycin, tetracycline and cefuroxime in Nanjing, which should be known when selecting an antibiotic for S. pneumoniae infection.
