鼻内镜鼻窦手术后应用自制鼻腔冲洗液的疗效观察

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜鼻窦手术后应用自制鼻腔冲洗液的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，观察组应用自制鼻腔冲洗液冲洗，对照组应用传统生理盐水冲洗，比较两组患者不同时间鼻腔黏膜恢复情况。结果术后1个月、3个月后观察组恢复有效率分别为73．3％、90．0％，均高于对照组，经检验差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者术后行自制鼻腔冲洗液进行鼻腔冲洗，缩短了临床疗程，提高了一期治愈率。

Effect of homemade washing fluid in patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.

Objective To study the effect of homemade washing fluid in patients with chronic nasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each with 30 cases. The observation group used homemade washing fluid, while the control group used saline flushing. The recovery time ~n different two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of recovery was 73.3% one month after operation, and 90% 3 months after operation, significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The homemade washing fluid can shorten the course of clinical treatment and improve the curative rate.
