血清降钙素原与C反应蛋白对新生儿细菌感染性肺炎的诊断价值

目的 探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）及C反应蛋白（CRP）对新生儿细菌感染性肺炎实验诊断中的价值.方法 采用半定量的肢体金免疫结合法,测定64例细菌感染性肺炎患儿（细菌感染组）及40例非细菌感染性肺炎患儿（非细菌感染组）的PCT,并同期应用免疫散射比浊法测定患者的CRP.结果 在64例细菌感染性肺炎患儿中,血清PCT,CRP质量浓度升高均有显著性,但PCT特异性更高（P＜0.01）,PCT＞0.5μg/L作为细菌感染的诊断依据,其敏感度与CRP无显著性差异,而特异性优于CRP.结论 与CRP相比,PCT是一个较好的新生儿细菌感染性肺炎的诊断指标.

Comparison between the diagnostic value of the serum PCT and CRP to the newborn bacteria infectious pneumonia

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the experiment of the serum procalcitonin （PCT） and C-reactive protein （CRP） to the newborn bacteria infectious pneumonia.Methods PCT of 64 cases of bacterial infectious pneumonia and 40 cases without bacterial infections of the children were measured with the semi-quantitative colloidal gold immune combination.CRP of these cases was determined at the same time with the immune nephelometry.Results In the 64 cases of children of the infectious pneumonia bacteria,serum PCT,CRP mass concentration significantly increased.PCT had the higher specificity （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Compared with CRP,PCT is a better index in the diagnosis of neonatal bacteria infectious pneumonia.
