中药足浴护理改善糖尿病足周围神经病变的疗效分析

目的探究在社区卫生服务机构开展糖尿病周围神经病变（Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN）中药（Chinese traditional medicine,CTM）足浴护理的治疗效果。方法研究对象为糖尿病伴有足部外周神经病变患者120例,治疗组60例采用中药足浴护理,对照组60例采用常规足浴护理；两组同时接受控制血糖和营养神经药物治疗。结果治疗组84人次,对照组82人次有双下肢疼痛、感觉异常、麻木和腱反射减弱等一种或多种不同症状；经足浴治疗后,治疗组症状改善为79.76%、对照组症状改善为29.27%。结论采用中药足浴护理治疗糖尿病足部周围神经病变疗效明显,该技术可以在社区卫生服务机构进行推广应用。

The Curative Effect Analysis on Implement Foot CTM Balneotherapy for DPN Patients

OBJECTIVE To explore the effectiveness to carry out foot CTM balneotherapy for DPN patients in community health service institutions. METHOD 120 DM patients with foot peripheral neuropathy, 60 patients of trial group adopted treatment with foot CTM balneotherapy, while 60 patients controls group was used treatment with traditional foot balneotherapy. At the same time, all patients take medicines of decreasing glucose and nourishing nerves. RESULTS 84 person time in patients of trial group and 82 persons time in control group have one and manifold the symptoms of leg pain, abnormity feeling, anaesthesia and tendon hyporeflexia; after the treatment of food balneotherapy, 79.76% of trial group well improved their health, comparing to 29.27% of controls group.CONCLUSION It is very effective to carry out foot CTM balneotherapy for DM patients with peripheral neuropathy, the technology could prosecution extent application in community health service institutions.
