化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌检测结果的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:目的探讨霉菌和酵母菌检测结果测量不确定度评定方法,评定化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌检测结果的测量不确定度。方法依据JJF 1059. 1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)评定化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌能力验证实验结果的测量不确定度。结果化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌能力检测结果的合成测量不确定度为0. 034 6,扩展因子为2时,扩展不确定度为0. 069 2,化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌能力验证结果的取值为306 cfu/ml^421 cfu/ml,其中测量过程中的标准不确定度为0. 017 3,重复测定的标准不确定度为0. 030 0。结论本方法适用于化妆品中霉菌和酵母菌检测结果的测量不确定度的评定,化妆品霉菌和酵母菌总数测量不确定度的主要来源为重复测定。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method of uncertainty evaluation of mould and yeast detection results in cosmetics.Methods According to JJF 1059. 1-2012 Assessment and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty and Cosmetic Safety Technical Specification( 2015 edition),the measurement uncertainty of the mold and yeast test results in cosmetics was evaluated.Results The combined standard uncertainty of mould and yeast tests in cosmetics was 0. 034 6. When the coverage factor was2,the expanded uncertainty was 0. 069 2,and the range of test results of mould and yeast in cosmetics was within 306 cfu/ml-421 cfu/ml;the standard uncertainty of testing process was 0. 017 3,and the standard uncertainty of repeating measurement was0. 030 0. Conclusion The method is applicable to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of mould and yeast in cosmetics. The main source of measurement uncertainty is repeated detection.
