宁波市北仑地区婴幼儿病毒性腹泻病原学分析

摘    要:目的探讨2017年宁波市北仑地区5岁以下婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的病原学特点。方法2017年在北仑区人民医院共采集5岁以下腹泻患儿的粪便标本204份,进行轮状病毒、诺如病毒、札如病毒、肠道星状病毒和肠道腺病毒的检测。结果204份粪便标本中,有95例患者至少感染一种病毒,总阳性率为46.6%(95/204),其中以轮状病毒感染最常见,共59例,检出率为28.9%(59/204),分型全部为A群轮状病毒。其次为诺如病毒感染共48例,检出率为23.5%(48/204),其中诺如病毒1型有6例,占12.5%(6/48),诺如病毒2型有42例,占87.5%(42/48)。轮状病毒和诺如病毒2型混合感染有16例,未发现3种或3种以上病毒混合感染。肠道腺病毒感染有4例,占2.0%(4/204)。未感染星状病毒和札如病毒。结论A群轮状病毒和诺如病毒2型是引起病毒性腹泻主要的病原体,诺如病毒1型、肠道腺病毒也是重要的病原体,同时存在着混合感染,值得关注。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the etiological characteristics of viral diarrhea in infants under 5 years old in Beilun area in 2017.Methods A total of 204 fecal specimens of children under 5 years old were collected from Beilun District People's Hospital in 2017,and conducted for the detection of rotavirus,norovirus,Zaku virus,enterostellate virus and intestinal adenovirus.Results Among the specimens,95 cases were infected with at least one virus,and the total positive rate was 46.6%(95/204).Among them,rotavirus infection was the most epidemic(59 cases),and the detection rate was 28.9%(59/204),followed by Norovirus infection(48 cases),the positive rate was 23.5%(48/204).Among them,6 cases(12.5%)were infected by norovirus 1,and 42 cases(87.5%)were infected by Norovirus 2(42/48).16 cases were with the mixed infection of rotavirus and norovirus 2,and no any mixed infection of three or more viruses was observed.There were 4 cases of intestinal adenovirus infection,accounting for 2.0%(4/204).The infection of stellate virus or Zaru virus was not observed.Conclusion Group A rotavirus and norovirus 2 are the main pathogens of viral diarrhea,so are Nov 1 and intestinal viruses.Mixed infections exist in the investigation and need to be paid attention.
