T细胞亚群联合微量元素检测在诊断复发性口腔溃疡中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨复发性口腔溃疡诊断中T细胞亚群联合微量元素检查的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月-2018年10月在本院就诊的复发性口腔溃疡患儿40例为观察组,并选取同期健康儿童40例为对照组,采用多色流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群指标水平,并应用经原子吸收法检测患儿外周血中的微量元素,对比2组T细胞亚群及微量元素水平。结果观察组和对照组患者外周血CD8^+指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者外周血CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿铜(Cu)、镁(Mg)含量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)含量相比对照组患儿低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T细胞亚群、Fe、Zn、Se含量降低与儿童复发性口腔溃疡的发生有着密切的关系,T淋巴细胞功能(CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+)指标水平低下,Fe、Zn等微量元素含量的缺乏都会增加复发性口腔溃疡的发病风险,临床应给予有针对性的治疗干预。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of T cell subsets combined with trace element examination in the diagnosis of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods Forty cases of children with recurrent oral ulcer who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the observation group,another 40 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.The T cell subsets were detected by multi-color flow cytometry.The trace elements in peripheral blood of children were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry.The T cell subsets and trace element levels of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical significance on the difference in peripheral blood CD8^+levels between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the peripheral blood CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+of the observation group were lower,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statisti-cal significance on the differences in the contents of copper(Cu)and magnesium(Mg)between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of iron(Fe),zinc(Zn)and selenium(Se)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of T cell subsets,Fe,Zn and Se levels is closely related to the occurrence of recurrent oral ulcer in children.The levels of T lymphocyte function(CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+)are low,and the lack of trace elements such as Fe and Zn will increase the risk of recurrent oral ulcers,so clinically targeted treatment interventions should be given.
