摘    要:目的建立同时测定婴幼儿米粉中的铬、锰、镍、铜、砷、镉、铅的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,用2%的硝酸定容,通过ICP-MS法同时测定婴幼儿米粉中7种元素含量。结果各元素在标准曲线范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9932~0.9964,检出限为0.35μg/L^3.72μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.16%~5.93%(n=6),加标回收率为91.62%~109.32%。8种婴幼儿米粉样品中的7种元素除铅外均检出,但均在允许范围内。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于婴幼儿米粉中重金属的检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of seven heavy metals in infant rice flour by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The samples were microwave digested and diluted with 2%nitric acid and finally the heavy metals weredetermined by ICP-MS.Results The correlation coefficients of the method were within 0.9932-0.9964.The detection limits of this method were within 0.35μg/L-3.72μg/L and the relative standard deviations were within 2.16%-5.93%(n=6).The recoveries were within 91.62%-109.32%.The contents of 7 heavy metals in infant rice flour samples were detected but all within the permissible limits.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of heavy metals in infant rice flour.
