G蛋白偶联受体81、单羧酸转运体1、单羧酸转运体4蛋白在宫颈鳞癌及其癌前病变中的表达和临床意义

摘    要:目的研究GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白在宫颈鳞癌及其癌前病变中的表达和临床意义。方法选择2016年1月-2018年10月于本院经手术获取的156例患者的宫颈病变组织进行观察,其中55例为宫颈鳞癌、73例为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、28例为正常宫颈组织。选择免疫组化SP法对宫颈鳞癌、CIN组织、正常宫颈组织内GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白阳性表达率进行测定,并分析GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白和宫颈鳞癌相关临床病理参数相关性。结果宫颈鳞癌组、CIN组患者的病变组织内GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白阳性表达率均高于正常宫颈组,宫颈鳞癌组高于CIN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期宫颈鳞癌患者的MCT1、MCT4蛋白阳性表达率与Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期患者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有淋巴结转移患者的GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白阳性表达率与无淋巴结转移患者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高分化患者的GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白阳性表达率与中低分化患者对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白于宫颈鳞癌组织内相关表达无显著相关性(P均>0.05)。结论GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白宫颈鳞癌及其癌前病变中表达均增高,故积极检测GPR81、MCT1、MCT4蛋白表达能帮助临床医师诊治宫颈鳞癌及其癌前病变提供信息。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 proteins in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 156 patients with cervical lesions who were surgically acquired from January 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.Among them,55 were cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 73 were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).28 cases were normal cervical tissues.The positive expression rates of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CIN tissue and normal cervical tissue were determined by immunohistochemical SP method.The correlations between GPR81,MCT1,MCT4 protein and clinical and pathological parameters of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed.Results The positive rates of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 protein in the lesions of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN group were higher than those in normal cervical group,and the cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was higher than CIN group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of MCT1 and MCT4 protein in patients with stage III-IV cervical squamous cell carcinoma were slightly higher than that in stage I-II,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive rates of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 in patients with lymph node metastasis were not significantly different from those without lymph node metastasis,with the differences not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive rates of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 protein in well-differentiated patients were not significantly different from those in moderately and poorly differentiated patients,with the differences not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 protein expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesions increased.Therefore,the detection of GPR81,MCT1 and MCT4 protein expression can help clinicians to provide information for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its precancerous lesions.
