多项肿瘤标志物联合检测在食管癌诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨CEA、Cyfra21-1、SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CA72-4五项血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在食管癌诊断中的价值分析。方法采用Auto Lumo A2000化学发光仪检测57例食管癌、46例食管相关良性疾病和60例健康人血清中的CEA、Cyfra21-1、SCC-Ag、CA19-9和CA72-4的水平并进行比较。结果食管癌组CEA、Cyfra21-1、SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CA72-4五项肿瘤标志物显著高于食管相关良性疾病和健康人(F值分别为8.569、6.752、7.662、6.629、16.145,P<0.05)。单项检测指标中,Cyfra21-1的阳性检出率最高(45.6%),SCC-Ag次之(28.1%);5项肿瘤标志物联合检测阳性检出率最高,为64.9%(37/57)。结论CEA、Cyfra21-1、SCC-Ag、CA19-9、CA72-4五项肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断食管癌的敏感性优于常用的CEA、Cyfra21-1、SCC-Ag三项联合检测。

Combined detection value of some tumor markers in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of five serum tumor markers CEA,Cyfra21-1,SCC-Ag,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Methods The serum levels of CEA,Cyfra21-1,SCC-Ag,CA19-9 and CA72-4 of 57 patients with preoperative esophageal cancer,46 patients with esophageal-related benign disease and 60 healthy controls were measured using the Autolumo A2000 chemiluminescence instrument and compared.Results The five tumor markers of CEA,Cyfra21-1,SCC-Ag,CA19-9,and CA72-4 in the esophageal cancer group were significantly higher than those of benign esophageal related diseases and healthy people(F=8.569,F=6.752,F=7.662,F=6.629,F=16.145,P<0.05).Among the single detection indicators,Cyfra 21-1 had the highest positive detection rate(45.6%),followed by SCC-Ag(28.1%).The positive detection rate of 5 tumor markers combined detection was the highest at 64.9%(37/57).Conclusion The combined detection of five tumor markers CEA,Cyfra21-1,SCC-Ag,CA19-9,and CA72-4 for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer is superior to the commonly used combined detection of CEA,Cyfra21-1,and SCC-Ag.
