网络环境下数字切片库的构建及其在病理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:建立病理数字切片库并应于病理教学实践。方法:用数字切片扫描仪将80张典型病例的组织病理切片进行扫描,构建数字病理切片库并上传服务器。选择2016级临床医学专业五年制本科生为研究对象,分别进行数字切片和真实玻片光学显微镜下观察的病理实验教学。统计对照组及实验组学生病理实验考试成绩,评价两组教学效果,并采用问卷调查授课教师和2016级临床医学本科生对数字病理教学的满意度。结果:初步建立了能基本满足本科教学要求的病理数字切片库。期末实验考试结果显示实验组学生的实验考试成绩(90.93±6.69)分优于对照组的(86.35±9.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示88.24%参与数字切片教学的学生和100%的实验课教师认为数字切片教学优于传统玻璃切片教学模式,有利于学习成绩的提高。结论:数字切片丰富了教学方式及内容,在很大程度上弥补了传统切片实验教学的不足,提高了教学和学习效率,更能促进学生自主性学习与创造性学习的能力,对于提高病理学教学质量、推动病理教学改革和信息化过程具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the digital slides database for pathology experiment teaching and apply on teaching practice.Methods:The histopathological sections of 80 typical cases were scanned by digital section scanner,and the digital pathological section database was constructed and uploaded to the server.Then the 2016 grade clinical medical undergraduate students were selected as the research objects,which received pathology experiment course based on traditional teaching mode(control group),pathological digital slides teaching and online independent learning(test group),respectively.The scores of the students in the control group and the test group were counted,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the satisfaction of the teaching teachers and 2016 clinical medical undergraduates with the digital pathology teaching was investigated by questionnaires.Results:A pathological digital slides database which can meet the teaching requirements of basic undergraduate students has been preliminarily established.The examination results of pathology experiment course showed that the scores of the students in the test group were significantly better than that in the control group at the end of term,(90.93±6.69)vs(86.35±9.12),P<0.05.The results of the questionnaire show that 88.24%of the students and 100%of the teachers think the digital slides teaching is better than the traditional glass slides teaching mode.The application of digital slides make up for the deficiency of traditional glass slides experiment teaching to a great extent and was beneficial to improve the students'test scores of pathology.Conclusion:The application of the digital slides benefits students by enhancing their interest of pathology,enriching the teaching content,and improving the efficiency of student learning and achievement.The teaching digital slides database plays an important role in improving the quality of pathology teaching and may promote the pathology teaching reform and accelerate the process of information.
