黑色素瘤抑制性活性蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其对肿瘤生长及转移的作用研究

摘    要:目的研究黑色素瘤抑制性活性蛋白(MIA)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法将2016年5月-2018年10月于本院接受诊治的134例非小细胞肺癌患者作为观察对象,应用En Vision法对非小细胞肺癌组织内黑色素瘤抑制性活性蛋白MIA表达进行检测,分析MIA表达和肿瘤生长、进展、预后的相关性。结果肺鳞癌组织内MIA表达和肿瘤临床分期、组织分化程度存在相关性(P<0.05);肺腺癌、肺鳞癌肿瘤组织中MIA表达显著高于瘤旁组织(P<0.05);肺腺癌、肺鳞癌Ⅱ肿瘤组织中MIA表达显著高于I期肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。结论黑色素瘤抑制性活性蛋白MIA在非小细胞肺癌中表达失调,与肿瘤临床分期、组织分化存在相关性,说明MIA表达失调在非小细胞肺癌发生、进展过程中发挥参与作用;同时MIA表达与患者生存率有关,可将MIA作为临床评估非小细胞肺癌预后重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of melanoma inhibitory active protein(MIA) in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 134 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in this study.The expression of melanoma inhibitory active protein MIA in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was detected by En Vision method,and the correlation between MIA expression and tumor growth,progression and prognosis was analyzed.Results There was correlation between the expression of MIA and the clinical stage,tissue differentiation of lung squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The expression of MIA in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in paraneoplastic tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of MIA in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in stage I tumor tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of melanoma inhibitory active protein MIA in non-small cell lung cancer is associated with tumor stage and tissue differentiation,indicating that MIA expression disorder plays a part in the development and progression of non-small cell lung cancer.MIA expression and the survival rate of patients are related,and MIA can be used as an important indicator for clinical evaluation of non-small cell lung cancer.
