艾条熏蒸空气消毒降低痴呆病房医院感染发生率的调查研究

摘    要:目的观察艾条熏蒸空气消毒对医院感染控制的效果。方法利用艾条燃烧产生的烟雾状气体扩散到房间进行熏蒸消毒,观察熏蒸消毒对医院感染发生情况的影响;分析痴呆病房患者的医院感染病例数及抗菌药物使用情况。结果观察组使用艾条熏蒸空气消毒后,医院感染率为10.52%,明显低于对照组医院感染率为18.18%(χ^2=23.449,P=0.000),且2组患者常见的感染部位均以呼吸系统、泌尿系统和消化系统为主;观察组从104例院内感染患者中分离致病菌为23株,明显低于对照组分离出69株致病菌(χ^2=13.348,P=0.000),且2组患者的常见感染病菌均以大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为主;观察组在抗菌药物使用方面也明显低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用艾条熏蒸对病房空气进行消毒,能降低痴呆病房感染发生率,也可以有效减少临床抗菌药物的使用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of moxa fumigation air disinfection on nosocomial infection control.Methods Smoky gas generated from moxa sticks is used to fumigate and disinfect the room,observe the influence of fumigation and disinfection on the occurrence of hospital infection.The number of nosocomial infections and the use of antibiotics in dementia wards were analyzed.Results The nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was 10.52%after using fumigation air,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=23.449,P=0.000).The main infection sites in the two groups were respiratory system,urinary system and digestive system.In the observation group,23 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 104 patients with nosocomial infection,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=13.348,P=0.000),but Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were the main infectious bacteria in both groups.The use of antibiotics in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disinfection of air in wards by moxa stick fumigation can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
