氟比洛芬酯对行胸外伤手术患者的去甲肾上腺素及内皮素-1水平的影响探讨

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯对行胸外伤手术患者的去甲肾上腺素(NE)及内皮素-1 (ET-1)水平的影响水平。方法选取2017年3月-2018年12月本院收治的60例胸外伤患者为研究对象,对照组行常规的麻醉,观察组则麻醉诱导前给予氟比洛芬酯,对比两组患者生命体征、NE及ET-1水平、VAS评分和麻醉相关并发症情况。结果对照组和氟比洛芬酯组MAP、HR和RR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在SpO2上差异无统计学意义(P=0.052);氟比洛芬酯组患者的NE及ET-1水平、术后1 h、6 h和12 h时的VAS评分、嗜睡、呕吐和恶心的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术麻醉时联合使用氟比洛芬酯的麻醉效果和安全性更好,值得临床进一步验证使用。

Effect of flurbiprofen axetil on NE and ET-1 levels in patients undergoing thoracic trauma surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen axetil on the levels of norepinephrine(NE) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in patients undergoing thoracic trauma surgery.Methods Sixty patients with thoracic trauma who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The control group received routine anesthesia.The observation group received flurbiprofen axetil before induction of anesthesia.The vital signs,NE and ET-1 levels,VAS scores,and anesthesia-related complications of the two groups were compared.Results There is statistical significance on the differences in MAP,HR and RR between the control group and the flurbiprofen ester group(P<0.05).There is no statistical significance on the difference in SpO2 between the two groups(P = 0.052);the levels of NE and ET-1,the VAS scores at 1 h,6 h and12 h after operation,and the incidence rates of postoperative sleepiness,vomiting and nausea in the flurbiprofen ester group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of anesthesia and flurbiprofen axe in surgical anesthesia is better in anesthetic effect and safety,which is worthy of further clinical validation.
