| 摘 要： | 个体化诊疗是指突出个性特征的临床诊断和治疗。其中体质、患病季节和环境体现病人的个性特征，学识、经验和诊疗习惯体现医生的个性特征。中医临床研究的目的应是从众多的个性信息中总结共性规律，形成诊疗规范，凸显患者的个性特征，但减少医生的个性特征对诊疗结果的影响。

| Abstract: | Individual diagnosis and treatment is an approach that emphasizes individualities. The constitution, the season and environment that a patient＇ s disease occurred in are the individualities of the patient. The learning, the experience, and the habit of diagnosis and treatment are the individualities of a physician. The purpose of the clinical research of Chinese medicine should to find common characteristics from these individualities, set standardization, and emphasize the individuality of the patient, but reduce the effects of the physician＇ s individuality on the diagnosis and treatment. |
