国外医院产权制度的模式与经验借鉴

在对国外医院典型产权模式演变进行比较分析的基础上，总结国外医院产权改革发展的成功经验：国外公立医院产权无论是转变为集团化或公司化或私有化，其改革的基本原则是引人和增强市场机制、保证服务需求、减轻政府的财政负担。结合我国公立医院发展的现状与问题，提出我国公立医院改革的思路、方向，探索一条与社会主义市场经济特点相适应的产权改革之路。

The Property Rights System of Hospitals Abroad, Mode and Experience

The successful experience in property rights system reform of foreign hospitals was summarized based on analysis of the evolution of the mode of the property rights system. The basic principal o{ the property right re- form is to introduce and enhance the market mechanism, ensure the demand for service, and relieving governmenfs financial burden, no matter that the property right changes into the form of group or cooperation or private ones. Considering the status quo and problems of public hospitals development in China, suggestions about the general guideline for public hospital reform were put forward to explore a pathway of property right reform compatible to socialist market economy.
