陆英煎剂对大鼠体外血栓形成的影响

目的观察陆英煎剂对大鼠体外血栓形成的影响，以验证陆英的活血化淤功效。方法大鼠分陆英煎荆组、阿斯匹林组、生理盐水组，给药1w后用硅化注射器经右侧颈总动脉取血1mL，注入硅化管中，按1700r／min旋转15min，取出血栓称重。结果陆英煎剂组血栓重（56．98±3．64）mg，阿斯匹林组血栓重为（51．48±3．17）mg，生理盐水血栓重为（67．17±5．02）mg。陆英煎剂能够明显降低血栓重量，抑制血栓形成。结论陆英煎剂具有抑制血栓形成的作用，与其活血化淤的功效相符合。

The Effect of Sambucus Chinensis Decoctum on the Vitro Thrombosis in Rats

Objective To observe the effect of Sambucus Chinensis Decoctum on the formation of vitro thrombosis in rats to verify the effectiveness of Sambueus Chinensis＇promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. Methods The rats were divided into 3 groups, the Sambueus Chinensis Decoction Group, the Aspirin Group and the Physiological Saline Group. After one week~ drug administration, 1 ml blood was drawn from the rats＇ right common carotid artery with silicide syringe, and the blood samples were injected to the silicone tube, then the thrombosis was weighed after 15 minutes＇ rota- tion by 17 r/min. Result The thrombosis of the Sambueus Chinensis Decoction Group weighed （56. 98 -＋ 3.64） mg, and （51.48 ＋ 3. 17） mg for the Aspirin Group and （67.17 ＋- 5.02） mg for the Physiological Saline Group. The Sambucus Chinensis Decoction can significantly reduce the weight of thrombosis and inhibit the formation of thrombosis. Conclusion The Sambucus Chinensis Decoctum has the function of inhibiting the formation of thrombosis, which accords with its ef- fectiveness of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis.
