湖南省2007年肾综合征出血热监测结果分析

目的掌握湖南省肾综合征出血热（HFRS）疫情动态以及宿主动物种类、带病毒率等情况，为防制HFRS提供科学依据。方法按照2007年《湖南HFRS监测实施方案》，在全省4个常规监测点和环洞庭湖区5个应急监测点系统开展HFRS流行病学和病原学监测。采用直接免疫荧光法（DFA）检测宿主动物肺组织汉坦病毒（HV）抗原。结果2007年共报告病例705例，发病率1．11／10万，较2006年升高24．72％。4个常规监测点共捕获517只宿主动物，总鼠密度为5．20％，鼠带毒率为0．39％，其中双峰县的黑线姬鼠、小家鼠各1只阳性。5个应急监测点共检测261只宿主动物，总阳性率为2．68％，其中君山区2只东方田鼠、汉寿县3只黄毛鼠和2只黑线姬鼠的肺组织HV抗原阳性。结论湖南省HFRS疫情较2006年有一定程度升高，宿主动物的带毒率较高，需要高度重视，综合防制HFRS。

Analysis on Surveillance Results of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in 2007 in Hunan Province

Objective To study the epidemic foci,type of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS),population distribution,epidemic trend,host animals and their virus-carrying situation,and to take comprehensive scientific measures to prevent and control HFRS in Hunan province.Methods According to Implementation Scheme for Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Surveillance in 2007 in Hunan province,epidemiological and pathogenic surveillance was conducted in nine surveillance areas(4 routine areas and 5 emergency surveillance areas around the Dongting Lake region).Direct immunofluorescence assay(DFA)was used to detect the antigen from rat lungs,which indicated that the host animals were naturally infected with HV.Results A total of 705 cases were reported in 2007,the annual incidence rate was 1.11/100 000,which increased by 24.72% than that in 2006.The total number of captured rodents was 517 in 4 routine surveillance areas,the average rodent density was 5.20%,and the virus-carrying rate of rodents was 0.39%.One Apodemus agrarius and one Mus musculus from shuangfeng county were detected with positive HV antigen.261 host rodents from 5 emergency surveillance areas were detected and the positive rate was 2.68%.Two microtus fortis from Junshan county,three Rattus losea and two Apodemus agrarius from Hanshou county were detected with positive HV antigen.Conclusion The HFRS epidemic situation was inreased than before in Hunan province.The host animals were with high virus-carrying rate,which should be paid more attention to.Comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent and control HFRS.
