| 摘 要： | TO．16主要用来测量CR、DR系统的极限分辨率（TCDD），可反映出CR、DR图像的模糊度、噪声、灰阶。可以显示大多数有关CR、DR图像质量的性能指标。但是使用TO．16处理数据的过程是很复杂的。介绍了专为使用TO．16数据处理设计的软件系统。

| Abstract: | The TO. 16 phantom is a Threshold Contrast Detail Detectability（TCDD） design suitable for CR or DR systems. The test details are sensitive to the unsharpness, noise and grey-scale characteristics of the CR or DR image and so allow the ＇overall＇ imaging performance of the system to be evaluated. But the data processing course is complicated. A software system which is designed for the data process when using the To.16 is introduced. |
