新兵人群狂犬病抗体水平血清流行病学调查

目的 了解入伍新兵人群中狂犬病IsG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防提供科学依据.方法 采用血清流行病学调查方法 ,利用EIJSA技术,对北京军区(空军)2002、2004、2006和2008年来自8个省市360名入伍新兵的血清进行r狂犬病tgG抗体检测,统计分析其阳性率.结果 入伍新兵血清狂犬病IgG抗体历年间晕增高趋势.总体阳性率10.83%;地区间筹别非常显著,河南(17.86%)、江苏(17.54%)和江西(17.50%)较高,四川(2.99%)和广西(4.00%)较低;入伍前工作与否,抗体阳性检出率的差异没有统计学意义.结论 入伍新兵人群中狂犬病tsG抗体阳性率呈逐年增高趋势,并有地区差异,所以新兵入伍期间,应采取健康教育等有效措施预防狂犬病.

A seroepidemiological study of rabies antibody level in the population of recruits

Objective To investigate the distribution of rabies antibody IgG in recruits,and to provide scientific evidence for further prevention of rabies.Methods A seroepidemiological study was conducted by ELISA.The serum samples of 360 recruits,who came from 8 provinces during 2002,2004,2006 and 2008,were tested to detect rabies antibody IgG and the overall positive rate was analysed statistically.Results There was no difference in serum rabies antibody IgG levels in each year with a total positive rate of 10.83% .The regional difference existed.The levels found in recruits from Henan (17.86%),Jiangsu (17.54%) and Jiangxi (17.50%) were high,and the levels in Sichuan (2.99%)and Guangxi(4.00%)were low.There was no correlation between the antibody IgG positive rate and education or occupation background of the recruits before their recruitment.Conclusions The positive rate of rabies antibody IgG is increasing year after year in the recruits.The positive rate for antibody IgG is different between each provinces.The health education is necessary for the recruits to prevent rabies.
