雌雄激素受体在增生结节及肝癌的表达

对４２例肝癌及癌旁组织中雌激素受体（ＥＲ）和雄激素体（ＡＲ）的表达进行了观察。结果表明，ＥＲ和ＡＲ在癌旁组织、增生结节及肝癌３种组织中，ＥＲ的阳性表达分别为２５例、１２例及２４例，ＡＲ的阳性表达分别为２８例、８例及２３例；癌旁正常肝组织、肝硬化组织中的嗜酸性毛玻璃样肝细胞及嗜酸性细胞结节ＥＲ及ＡＲ染色较正常肝细胞染色深；ＥＲ及ＡＲ的阳性表达在不同组织分化程度和不同性别间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），不同组织的ＥＲ和ＡＲ阳性表达之间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示嗜酸性毛玻璃样肝细胞为性质改变的肝细胞，嗜酸性细胞结节为肝癌的癌前期病变。

EXPRESSION OF ESTROGEN AND ANDROGEN RECEPTORS IN HYPERPLASTIC NODULES AND HEPATOCELLULR CARCINOMA

Expressions of estrogen receptors(ER) and androgen receptors(AR) in 42 cases ofhepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its surrounding tissue were observed.The results showed.that among the 42 cases,25 and 28 were positive for ER and AR respectively in the surrounding tissue,12 and 8 in the hyperplastic nodules respectively,and 24 and 23 in HCC respectively.The ER and AR were more deeply stained in acidophilic ground glass hepatocytes in the surrounding normal tissue and cirrhosis and in acidophilic nodules than in normal hepatocytes.The expressions of ER and AR were not significantly different between differentiation of HCC and sexes(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between ER and AR expression in different tissues(P>0.05).The above indicates that acidophilic ground glass hepatocytes are altered hepatocytes and that acidophilic nodules are preneoplastic lesion of HCC.
