COX-2和EGFR在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及其相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展的关系及其两者的相关性,分析COX-2、EGFR表达与肿瘤生物学行为的关系.方法 采用免疫组化(S-P)法检测48例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中COX-2与EGFR的表达.结果 48例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中,COX-2与EGFR表达阳性率分别为70.8%和66.7%,显著高于正常膀胱黏膜组织(P<0.01).COX-2与EGFR在原发组中的阳性表达率低于复发组.随着膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级和临床分期的增高,COX-2和EGFR的表达增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).COX-2和EGFR的表达之间呈明显正相关(Kappa=0.419,P=0.004).结论 COX-2和EGFR在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中普遍表达,且两者表达密切相关,两者可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生,发展过程中起重要作用,可作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为及估计预后的指标.
