辨证论治提高老年晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗耐受性的临床观察

目的：采用国际生存质量量表评价中医辨证论治提高老年晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）同步放化疗的耐受性。方法：将20例III—IV期老年NSCLC患者随机分为两组，研究组（10例）接受中医辨证论治及同步放化疗，对照组（10例）仅进行同步放化疗，共观察两个疗程。采用EORTCQLQ—C30、KPS、ECOG作为测定工具。结果：研究组生存质量各领域评分治疗后改善明显，对照组则下降，两组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；KPS、ECOG评分显示相似结果。结论：老年晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗配合中医辨证论治能够改善患者生存质量，改善体能状态。

Clinial study of treatment based on syndrome differentiation to improve the tolerance of elderly patients with advanced non -small cell lung cancer treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Objective：Adoption of the International Quality of Life Scale for evaluation of treatment based on syndrome differentiation to enhance treatment of elderly patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy tolerance. Methods ：Twenty cases of phase III - IV in elderly patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups, study group （10 cases） received treatment based on syndrome differentiation and synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the control group （10 cases） only synchronous radiotherapy.and chemotherapy, two courses of treatment were observed. Using EORTC QLQ - C30, KPS, ECOG determination as tool. Results： Study group Quality of life score was improved significantly after treatment bat the control group decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; KPS,ECOG score showed similar results. Conclusion： Elderly patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with treatment based on syndrome differentiation can improve quality of life and improve the physical state.
