广东省医院检验检查结果互认现状调查

目的了解广东省医院检验检查结果互认现状。方法对广东省11个市区的38所二级及三级医院的医务人员进行问卷调查，并对广东省卫生厅及广东省临床检验中心领导进行访谈。结果68％的医务人员认为检验检查结果互认程度中等，72％的医务人员认为互认过程基本顺利，过半数的医务人员认为互认能够带来积极影响。临床检查及诊断标准不统一是阻碍互认的关键因素，利益问题是阻碍互认的重要因素，法律风险的阻碍作用也不可忽视。

A Survey on Mutual Recognition of Test Results in Hospitals of Guangdong

Objective To investigate the current situation on mutual recognition of test results in Hospitals of Guangdong. Method A questionnaire survey was performed on medical staff in 38 level two or three hospitals in 11 cities of Guangdong Province, and leaders of the Health Department and the Center for Clinical Laboratory of Guangdong Province were interviewed. Result 68% of the medical staff though that the mutual recognition of the results of laboratory tests was moderate, and 72% of the medical staff thought mutual recognition process was basically smooth, and more than half of the medical staff thought that mutual recognition can have a positive impact. Clinical examination and uniform diagnostic criteria were the key factors impeding the implementation of mutual recognition, interest issue was an important factor hindering mutual recognition, and legal risk was another factor which cannot be ignored.
