| 摘 要： | 该文研究1987年1～7月住院自然分娩的初产妇270例,其中壮族170例,汉族100例。入院后按常规检查其宫口扩张速度及儿头下降程度,各数据经统计学处理,计算出产程各阶段时间的均值、生理界限及最大界限数值,并绘制成产程图,供产科工作者处理产程参考。

| Abstract: | 270 cases of primipara were observed on normal labour from Jan.to July 1987.Among these cases,170 belong to the nationality and 100 the Zhuang Minorities.During routine examination after admission,dilatation of the cervix and the descent extent of the foetal head were recorded. The mean value of each stage of the process,the physiological value and the maximum limit were culculated through statistical processing,and from which a labour chart was drawn for work reference. |
