深圳龙岗区1995～2005年三氯乙烯职业危害调查

目的对深圳市龙岗1995—2005年三氯乙烯（Trichloroethylene，以下简称TCE）所致职业性损害进行调查分析．为TCE的职业卫生防护提供科学依据。方法对其间发生的22宗TCE所致职业性损害个案进行流行病学调查分析。结果22宗TCE中毒占1995—2005年职业病总宗数的34．92％，发病25人，占职业病人总数7．33％，其中死亡7人．病死率28．00％，占职业病人死亡总数77．78％；TCE药疹样皮炎21宗，发病24人，其中死亡6例；TCE急性中毒1宗，发病1人，死亡1人。结论应加大宣教力度，落实“严格就业体检，加强工初观察，尽量减少轮换，力争密闭隔离，寻找替代品”的预防TCE中毒防治措施。

Survey of harmfulness of trichloroethylene in Longgang District of Shenzhen City from 1995 to 2005

Objective To survey the hazard of trichloroethylenc in Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 1995 - 2005 and pro- vide scientific basis for protection occupational hazard. Methods Epidcmiological survey of 22 individual occupational hazards of tricloroethylene occurred from 1995 to 2005 were made. Results Trichloroethylene Poisoning occurred to 25 persons accounted for 7.33% of the total number of occupational hazards. Trichloroethylene poisoning was accounted for 34.92% of the total occupational hazards during the period of between 1995 and 2005. Seven deaths was recorded with a mortality rate of 28.00%, accounted for 77. 78% of the total occupational death number. Rash - like dermatitis occurred to 24 persons including 6 deaths in 21 poisoning accidents. Another person died of acute trichloroethylene poisoning. Conclusion Effective measures including health education be taken be taken for preventing the occurrence of trichloroethylene poisoning.
