| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨EB病毒抗体检测在临床中的应用。方法：用间接免疫荧光法时251例血清进行EB病毒抗体的检测。结果：在251例标本中共检出阳性227例；36例肿瘤科病人EBV—EA．EBV—CA—IgG和EBNA同为阳性的有23例，215其他病人EBV-EA．EBV-CA—IgG和EBNA同为阳性的有37例；在15例EBV—EA和EBV—CA—IgG同为阳性的标本中〈2岁的有11例；在24例EBV阴性的标本中儿童占了22例。结论：EB病毒是成人中普遍存在的病毒，EB病毒与一些肿瘤的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical application of antibody detection of Epstein--Barr virus （EBV）. Methods： Test antibodies to EB Virus of 251 patients＇ serums with indirect immunofluoreseence. Results： 227 cases were positive in 251 patient serums. 23 positive of IgG Antibodies to Epstein--Barr Virus-associated antigens （EBV-CA-IgG）, Epstein- Barr Virus Associated Early Antigens （EBV-EA） and EBV-Barr nuclear antigens （EBNA） were found from 36 Tumor patients, 37 positive of EBV-EA, EBV-CA-IgG and EBNA were found from 215 other Patients. 11 positive of children under Age 2 were found from 15 EBV-EA and EBV-CA-IgG positive samples. 22 Children were found from 24 EBV negative samples. Conclusion： EBV is common and associated with some tumor genesis. |
