| 摘 要： | 通过60侧解剖标本观测了供应大转子后部的应供来源.我们设计了以旋股内侧动脉深支或臀下动脉吻合支为血管蒂的大转子骨瓣转位植骨以修复股骨颈骨折和股骨头缺血性坏死.临床已施行20例均取得良好的近期效果.

| Abstract: | The source of blood supply of posterior part of greater trochanter was investigated on 50 sides of cada- vers. Clinically, the authors designed a greater trochanter bony flap which could be used for local transposition based upon the deep branch of the medial circumflex femoral artery or the anastomotic branch of the infer- ior gluteal artery. This flap has been applied in 20 cases for the tre- atment of fernoral neck fracture or asptic osteonecrosis of femoral head. The recent curative result has been encouraging. |
