| 摘 要： | 创伤体内糖代谢异常，会加重脑组织等脏器的继发性损伤，并且影响机体免疫系统功能，阻碍伤口愈合，延长恢复期，C肽有增加糖利用度，协同调控血糖，增加糖转运速度等作用。创伤后监测C肽含量变化较血管，胰岛素（INS）可能更有利于反映体内糖代谢的变化情况，也与创伤预后及判断伤情轻重有相关性，对临床治疗有指导意义。

| Abstract: | After wounds and injuries,abnormal glucose metabolism may enhance secondary lesion to splanchnic apparatus,inhibit function of immune system,postpone wound healing,and extend stage of recovery.C peptide can increase utilization rate and transport velocity of blood sugar,and adjust concentration of sugar in blood.Changes of C peptide have an advantage over monitoring levels of blood sugar and insulin to reflect changes of glucose metabolism.Montoring C peptide in plasma or urine after surgical trauma may help to evaluate the severity of trauma,guide prognosis and treatment. |
