| 摘 要： | 目的 从形态学角度探讨呆聪液对痴呆大鼠脑组织的修复作用，方法 将４０只ＳＤ老龄（２２月龄）大鼠制成脑痴呆模型，应用光镜、电镜观察呆聪液治疗组与模型对照组的痴呆大鼠脑组织形态学变化。结果 模型姐痴呆大鼠神经细胞核内出现空泡，胞浆内线粒体肿胀、数目减少并且出现絮状斑块。呆聪液治疗组鼠脑神经细胞核内泡消失，线粒体肿胀、嵴脱失现象得到改善，使细胞线粒体数目增多，脂褐素颗粒减少，并能修复神经纤维髓分离等病变 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the repairing effects of Daicong Solution in brain tissue of elderly rats with dementia.Method With optical microscope and electron microscope,morphologic changes in brain tissue of elderly rats with dementia were observed including 10 rats of model control group,10 rats of Naofukang treatment group and 20 rats of treatment with Daicong Solution. Result In model control group,there were some vacuoles in the nucleus of neuron,the mitochondria showed edema and decreased in number in cytoplasm,in the treatment group with Daicong Solution,the vacuoles in the nucleus were disappeared,and fond mitochondria increasing in number. The mitochondria in shape were get normal. The phenomenon of mylinoclasis in neurofibril was disappearance. Conclusion There are some good effects of Daicong Solution in repairing brain tissue of elderly rats with dementia. |
