纤维支气管镜支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染

摘    要:目的探讨应用纤支镜肺灌洗术治疗重度颅脑损伤合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法通过对A和B两组病例采用常规治疗及常规治疗加纤维支气管镜灌洗术,观察两组病例的治疗效果。结果A组病例平均治愈时间12.5 d;B组病人平均治愈时间7.6 d,两组病例的疗效有显著差异(P<0.01),B组病人的细菌培养阳性率达83.3%,除少部分病人出现术中、术后一过性低氧血症,无严重并发症发生。结论纤维支气管镜灌洗术治疗重度颅脑损伤合并肺部感染,简便,安全,疗效确切,有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of application of fibrobronchoscopy by way of fibrobronchoscopy on patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmory infetion.Methods:Patients of group A were treated with common therapy and group B were treated with both common therapy and bronchoalveolar lavage.Dif-ferent therapeutic efficacy of group A and group B was observed.Results:The average cure time of group A was12.5days and that of group B was7.6days.The cure time of two groups had a great significance(P<0.01),mean-while positive rate of sputum becteria culture in group B was83.3%.No severe complications were found,only a few cases occurred transient hypoxemia during and after operations.Conclusion:Bronchoalveolar lavage by way of fi-brobronchoscopy on patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmory infetion is simple,safe,highly efficient and suitable for clinical appicaton.
