| 摘 要： | 本文介绍应用纤维蛋白封闭剂（Tiisseel）经腹腔镜作胃十二指肠修补的方法，操作简单，不需缝合，对病人损伤小，是一种有前途的新技术。作者经动物实验后于临床使用5例，其中4例成功，1例因胃管引流不畅，术后反复呕吐，发生溢漏而改为传统剖腹修补术．病人全部康复出院。本文强调应用本技术时术后坚持置胃管和腹腔管引流，并对其手术适应症也进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The article reports a new technique of treatment in perforated gastroduodenal ulcer by using Tisseel and laparoscopy. This is a suturless, simple, minimal injury and bright future techniques. 5 cases of perforated ulcer have been treated with the technics since December 1993. 4 cases of them had technically a good success. One case failed and was transferred to open procedure because of drainage problem. The authors emphasize that an effective drainage of nasogastric tube and abdominal catheter is necessary. Also, the indications to this procedure and the role of Tisseel were discussed. |
