2型糖尿病患者血清胰淀素变化的相关因素研究

目的 研究2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血清胰淀素水平变化及其与胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）及体成分的相关关系。方法 检测29例初诊T2DM患者的身高、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖、空腹胰淀素、胰岛素和HOMA-IR，用生物电阻抗仪测体成分，与20例健康人（对照组）进行比较，并对胰淀素与各指标间的相关性进行分析。结果 T2DM组空腹胰淀素水平明显低于对照组，空腹胰淀素与年龄呈显著正相关，与HOMA-IR、去脂体重、基础代谢率、全身水重量呈显著负相关。结论 胰淀素分泌减少可能参与T2DM的发生发展和机体体成分改变。

Study of factors correlated with the change of serum amylin level in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus

Objective:To study the change of serum amylin level and the relations of it to serum insulin,HOMA-IR and body composition in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:29 newly-diagnosed T2DM patients and 20 controls were measured for body height,waist circumference,blood pressure,serum lipid,fasting blood glucose,fasting amylin,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR and body composition by bioelectrical impedance analysis,and correlation was analyzed between amylin and other indexes.Results:Fasting serum amylin level was lower in T2DM patients than that in controls.Fasting amylin concentrations were positively associated with age,and negatively associated with fasting insulin,HOMA-IR,fat-free mass,basic metabolic rate and total body water.Conclusion:Low amylin may contribute to the onset and development of T2DM and the change of body composition.
