护理干预对冠心病患者治疗依从性的影响研究

目的探讨护理干预对冠心病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2007年4月～2009年4月在我科住院并确诊为冠心病患者240例,随机分为两组,干预组（120例）和对照组（120例）。干预组采用系统的健康指导,出院后随访1年,对照组采用常规护理,未进行系统健康指导。比较两组患者住院天数、重复住院率和对护士的满意度。结果干预组在冠心病患者住院天数、重复住院率、对护士的满意度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预可促进患者建立健康的生活方式,利于冠心病的预防和延缓发展,明显缩短了患者住院天数,减少其重复住院率,协调了护患关系,提高了患者的生活质量。

The effects of nursing education on the compliance of coronary heart disease patients with their treatments

Objective To probe into the effects of nursing education on the compliance of coronary heart disease patients with their treatments.MethodsA total of 240 coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into test and control groups.Patients of the test group were given systemic health education and irregular visits after completing their in-hospital treatment;patients of the control group were given only routine nursing care rather than systemic health education.For the two groups we compared their number of hospitalization days,repetitive hospitalization and satisfaction with nurses.ResultsThe patients in the test group were superior to those in the control group in terms of their number of hospitalization days,repetitive hospitalization and satisfaction with nurses.There were remarkable differences（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing education could promote the development of healthy living styles,help prevent coronary heart diseases and delay their development,considerably cut the hospitalization days of the patients,and reduce repetitive hospitalization.It contributes to the coordination of the patient-unrse relationship and betters the living quality of the patients.
