分娩期562例产妇心理状况分析

目的了解产妇分娩期心理特点,做好产时产妇心理保健,提高产妇的生活质量。方法随机对住院分娩产妇进行产前、产时、产后全过程的问卷调查。结果调查中有69.9%产妇充满喜悦与自信,小部分产妇出现焦虑或抑郁。结论产时心理保健对于提高产妇对分娩应激的应对,对促进自然分娩、提高阴道分娩的安全性起着十分重要的作用。

The study of mental states of 562 primiparae during the delivery

Objective: To study the mentality character of the primiparae,so as to bring mentality care into effect and improve their life quality.Methods:562 healthy primiparae were selected randomly,whose mental states were evaluated according to questionnaire during the delivery course.Results:Among the whole,69.9% were glad and self-confident,only small part occurred anxious or depression.Conclusion:Mentality care during delivery is important,which can improve their ability of replying stress,speed nature delivery and enhance vagina delivery security.
