| 白细胞介素－2、6活性和可溶性白细胞介素－2受体的水平与癌症的相关研究 |

| 摘 要： | 本文检测进展期和手术１个月后肝癌、胃癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌患者外周血白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）、白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）活性及可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）的水平。结果表明：①各组进展期癌症患者外周血ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６活性均显著低于对照组，而ＩＬ－２Ｒ水平却均显著高于对照组。各组癌症之间上述各项指标比较均无明显差异。②手术后１个月时各组癌症患者外周血ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６活性有所恢复，ＩＬ－２Ｒ水平有所下降，但仍低于正常人群。结果提示，癌症患者外周血Ｔ细胞功能被严重抑制，这种变化与疾病的病情发展和治疗有关。

| Abstract: | In this paper,activites of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and level of souble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)in plasma were studied using bioassay technique.The resultsshowed that①IL-2、IL-6 activities from patients with progressive cancer decreased remarkably incomparison with control and IL-2R from patients with progressive cancer increased significantly.Butthe difference between different sites of cancer was not statistically significant;②IL-2、IL-6 activitiesand sIL-2R levels had a tendence to recover, but did not reach to the normal levels. These resultssuggest that IL-2,IL-6 and IL-2R play a role in pathogenesis of cancer and may act as a useful labo-ratary parameter for the judgment of patient’s condition. |
