胶原酶联合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效比较

目的：探讨胶原酶及臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效比较。方法：47例颈椎间盘突出症患者随机分为三组,A组（n=14）：单纯臭氧组;B组（n=14）：单纯胶原酶组;C组（n=19）：联合治疗组。患者治疗后1周、3个月、6个月、1年对三组患者疗效进行随访。结果：三组术后疗效均优于术前,且随着时间延长疗效逐渐显著。术后随访C组疗效均优于A组及B组。结论：胶原酶联合臭氧注射治疗颈椎间盘突出症优于单纯应用胶原酶或臭氧治疗。

Curative Effects Comparison between Collagenase and Ozone Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation
