| 摘 要： | 生命伦理学虽然具有某些人类共同持有的道德理念与准则，但作为西方社会文化背景下的产物烙有西方文化的深刻印记，因此，在建构和应用生命伦理学时，要注意中西方不同文化的背景及其价值观念的差异。不能简单地照搬照用。
