| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Rock-2和MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达特点及其相互关系。方法选取活检病例中已诊断为膀胱移行细胞癌65例标本（2004-2007年）,采用SABC免疫组织化学方法,检测65例膀胱癌组织以及正常膀胱黏膜Rock-2和MMP-2的表达情况。结果正常膀胱黏膜中,Rock-2和MMP-2均为阴性表达。Rock-2和MMP-2的表达与移行细胞癌的病理分级及临床分期呈正相关,而且二者的表达强弱呈显著的正相关。结论Rock-2和MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生以及侵袭、转移中发挥着重要作用,MMP-2可能是Rho/Rock信号转导通路促进肿瘤转移和侵袭的下游分子。

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the expression and relationship of Rock-2 and MMP-2 in the bladder cancer. Method: We collected 65 cases of bladder cancer with pathologic diagnoses and detailed information, detect the expression of Rock-2 and MMP-2 in the natural and bladder cancer tissue with SABC immunohistochemisty. Result: The expressions of Rock-2 and MMP-2 in the natural tissue are negative, but in the bladder cancer tissue, they have positive relation with the pathology grade and clinical stage, also in the expressive level. Conlusion: Rock-2 and MMP-2 take important roles in the origin, invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer, Rho/Rock signal transmit path accelerate the metastasis of bladder cancer through the MMP-2 pathway. |
