军队医院保健信息系统构建需求分析

目的将保健工作与医院管理信息系统结合,构建科学有效的保健信息系统,实现保健工作管理现代化。方法在保健对象需求特点分析基础上,进行数据需求和结构需求分析,为信息系统构建提供依据。结果保健信息系统构建中所需数据信息主要包括基本信息、疾病信息、用药信息、体检信息、医疗信息和平时身体状况信息;保健信息系统应分为三级结构：卫生管理部门信息中心、医院信息中心以及各干休所门诊信息站。结论构建医院保健信息系统,可以依靠科技进步,突出综合预防保健,提高工作效率,更有效地保障保健对象的身体健康。

Demand Analysis on Healthcare Information System in Certain Military Hospital

Objective To build scientific and effective healthcare information system to achieve modern management by combining the healthcare work with hospital management information system.Method Based on the characteristics analysis of healthcare objet,the author analyzed the data and framework of information system.Result The data of healthcare information system is consisted of basic information,disease information,medicine information,physical checkup,etc.The system includes three-class structures,which were health management information center,hospital information center and sanatorium outpatient department information center.Conclusion The establishment of healthcare information system could better guard the health of the people and improve the work efficiency.
