射频消融腰椎髓核成形术中压力监测临床研究

目的 探讨在椎间盘内压力监测下射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的压力值变化和临床疗效。方法 应用该方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症56例，并对其临床疗效进行观察分析。结果 所有病例均在测压监测下顺利完成。56例患者经历3～28个月随访，根据“中华医学会骨科分会脊柱组腰腿痛手术评定标准”，疗效优28例，良22例，可5例，差1例，优良率达89．2％，有效率为98．2％。疗效优良者腰腿痛症状明显减轻或消失。结论 射频消融髓核成形术是治疗腰椎盘突出症安全、有效的微创技术，在气化前后监测椎间盘内压力则效果更佳。

The Treatment of Humbar Diac Herniation by Percutaneous Radiofrequency Mucleoplasty

Objective To explore the clinical outcome and pressure measurement in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty. Methods 56 patients with lumbar disc herniation received percutaneous radiofrequency mucleoplasty were evaluated. Results Coblation nucleopasties for all the patients were successful. 56 patients were followed prospectively from 3 to 28 months, the results were excellent in 28 patients,good 22 patients,fair 5 patients and bad 1 patients, the cure rate was 89.2% ,the general clinical effective rate was 98.2%. Conclusions The percutaneous nucleoplasty has been found to be an effective,rapid,minimally invasire and safe procedure for lunbar disc herniation.
